Welcome to The Knightstrider. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Knightstrider, a trading name of the business registered in Spain.
We operate this online store and related services (the “Services”) to provide you with official merchandise and related products. The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer secure checkout and order management.

By using or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order.
You agree that any information you provide (email, address, payment details) is true and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

3. Products and Orders

All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful Inc. or its regional partners under our direction.
Colours, placement, or appearance may vary slightly from digital previews due to printing and screen differences.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or errors.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise indicated and include VAT where applicable. Shipping, handling, and customs fees (for deliveries outside the UK/EU) are added at checkout.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through secure processors such as Shopify Payments or PayPal.

5. Fulfilment, Shipping & Delivery

Orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination:

  • UK: 3–7 business days after fulfilment

  • EU/International: 5–20 business days after fulfilment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size.
Replacements or refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Consumers in the EU/UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; however, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised goods, as allowed under Article 103(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, text, logos, and designs—is the property of The Knightstrider or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any materials without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Programs

Our site may contain links to third-party websites, including Amazon and Cameo.
When you click these links, you leave our website. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or transactions on those third-party sites.
As an Amazon Associate, The Knightstrider earns from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links. Any such commissions come at no extra cost to you.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
Consumers in the EU/UK may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).

Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
