All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. During busy periods (holidays, promotions), fulfilment may take slightly longer.
Shipping times vary depending on destination, product type, and carrier availability. After fulfilment, the typical transit times are:
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Europe / International: 5–20 business days
Please note: these are estimated transit times. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link (where available).
Orders containing multiple items may be split into separate shipments. This ensures faster delivery when items are produced in different facilities or require different packaging. You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.
Shipments outside your country may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
To assist customs clearance, please provide a valid phone number at checkout.
We cannot ship to countries subject to postal restrictions, trade sanctions, or logistical limitations. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to such restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed delivery, or refused customs clearance are automatically sent back to our fulfilment partner, Printful.
Once returned, you can choose to:
Reship the order to an updated address (a new shipping fee will apply), or
Cancel the order. As all products are made to order, refunds are not available for fulfilment or shipping costs once production has started.
Printful may hold returned items for a limited period before donating or recycling them. We’ll contact you by email if your order is returned.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@theknightstrider.com with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. However, we will always help investigate delivery issues and liaise with our fulfilment partner or carrier where possible.
